I have tried burning different MPEG videos on VCD and they all seem to freeze frame around 9 minutes and 30 seconds when I play them back on a standalone DVD player or on Windows Media Player! The audio is still going on in the background perfectly, but a freezed frame of the video holds for 10-20 seconds. After that little freeze, the VCD continues playing perfectly. Also note that before the freeze occurs, the VCD plays perfectly. Anybody have thoughts on this? Thanks!
