    hi im trying to back up a dvd, im using region free, with dvd shrink version 2.3, on this dvd i get cycle redundacy thing pop up error, so i tried with version 3.1 and i get the same thing at the same spot.
    what can i do to fix it, or what other program can over come this thanks.

    Dirty and/or scratched DVD. Try cleaning it.

    Yeah my brother wanted me to backup his Jungle Book 2 DVD. Seeing as his grandson has already scrached it up pretty good already. I cannot back it up as of yet. I'll have to go thru and keep buffing out scratches till I get the correct one. It's full of them! What a pain. Almost better off buying a new DVD I think.

    you could try dvd decrypter, it will sometimes read dvd that have minor scratches.
