downloaded a movie file skvcd trying to encode it with tmpgenc with no success will not play in virtualdub plays like its in slow motion on pc, what i want to do is burn it to vcd using nero can anyone plz.

You'll probably have to burn the mpeg as SVCD in Nero. Untick "Create standard compliant CD". Don't be surprised if your DVD player has trouble playing it, as is often the case with (S)(K)VCD.

Probably the result of your mpeg-2 filter choking on the non-standard specs. Try using a software DVD player to play it like WinDVD or Power DVD.
