Pioneer DVR-5100H & RGB Output!!!

Has anyone else had trouble with the RGB out of the Scart?! I got a very good quality Scart to RGB (RCA) cable and hooked it up on my Denon 3805 RGB in, switched the 5100 from the menu to output RGB and all I m getting is Green and Mauve garble!!! Like not able to sync or something...
My Xbox and my DVD work fine with RGB component with the Denon...
Any ideas?!?!

I have exactly the same amp as you, don't you hate the remote

You are using the top right hand component out aren't you and not mistakenly one of the ins.

Should be top right as with the picture below.

As a matter of fact I like the remote... If you get the hang of it...

No of course I m not connecting to the output...
Every other Component Input that I have works fine, all except the 5100!

Does the player work with your old amp ?

If it does I would say that it must be some sort of compatibility issue with the player and the amp. If so I would contact denon direct, this may be a known issue.

I would check out www.avforums if in the UK or www.avsforums.com in the US, the boys on there are very clued up and will be able to help.
