I record science programs off Satelite using a nVidia Personal Cinema and WinDVR. I use TMPGEnc to edit commercials out. I have done this for a long time. Recently I recorded some shows using Dolby Digital and they do not play right when editing in TMPGEnc, the audio stutters. They play fine in WinDVR so I assume it has something to do with the Dolby Digital. Is there a freeware or inexpensive program to cut the commercials with a Dolby Digital audio stream?
Thanks,
Richard
