is there a way of doing something with the ink monitoring software so i get more prints from my ink,keeps saying the inks empty when i knoe full well i can get more out of it,also when the black runs out i can`t find the option(if there is one?)to make the 3 colours to replace the balck,is there a way to do this.thanks

I remember reading a thread where there are inexpensive devices and program to reset the printer. Do a search here and see what yo can come up with.
