I am having problems playing my DVD backups AFTER attaching the label onto the DVD & OK prior to labelling...parts of the video pixellate.
Any one had this problem that may help me solve please, as I am reluctant to put them on any more.!
TIA Chaff

DO NOT put labels on DVDs - it screws up playback !
If you want your discs to look pretty get a printer that will print disc like Epson r200 or r300 and use inkjet printable discs. -
Well... the pixelation ain't necessarily the labels. That's why it's a long-debated myth.
Personally I label all my DVDs and have yet to have a single playback problem. Yes, I have had many DVDs that do have that pixelation problem, but I discovered it had nothing to do with the labels, but had to do with the awful DVD-Rs I burned them onto.
I'm using Ritek G04s now, and happily labelling them with paper labels, and I have not had a single problem. -
DO not and will never use lables again. Also had playback problems. Took the 20 home movies I labled that had playback problems created iso files of them wil dvd decypter and reburned with the same media and playback problems were gone. Bought an epson photo 900 and now print on them. Have not yet had any playback probs.
