Looking for some affordable but good quality Double DVD cases.

I prefer the type that hold a disc on each side without the flap but might be convinced otherwise.

Don't want anything that will damage or scratch my DVD's.

Found these at Meritline.com, Opinions PLease?

Thanks for the reply, the case info on your site says the slim cases may rub the discs possibly causing scratches.

Between the two I linked to, would the "standard" double cases (staggered discs on each side) be better in this regard or do the slim double cases I linked to not have the rubbing problems?

The price on either seems great but I would like to know if one of the two offers better protection? Or are they both equal and the only difference is in the thickness of the case?

    Thanks.

Slim cases can rub the discs and ruin them. It's a gamble. I tend to stay with normal double cases. The discs are safest in these.

  6. I got some slim cases and haven't had problems with the disks rubbing, but the inserts don't fit. I tried trimming them with a razor, but finally got a small paper trimmer that works just fine. I'd probably get the slim cases again as I'm short on shelf space...
