I have been adding subtitles, which I downloaded from the internet to my movies using virtualdub, but I have a big problem the subtitles won't appear on the right time, is there any way to chage the timming of the subtitles with any program or maybe with a plug in for virtualdub?
Thanks in advanced, LucasIga

Yes, change the subtitles into SSA format. Then use Sub Station Alpha to adjust the timing.

You might also look into Subtitle Workshop. Or even Subrip.
