Just two days ago my Nec ND1300a started sptitting out coasters. It has burnt loads of dvd-r's infe before, ive had the drive since december, but now all of a sudden it cannot burn a complete dvd. It burns fine, but data verification fails, and DVDInfo states multiple read error ranging all over the discs.
Ive tried different media, but sam result.
I tried reinstalling windows and all software, but still no change.

Has the drive broken?

My system: amd xp1600+
512 md ddr
200gig hd

media used: Princo (new brand that works in 4x) and SW, also works in 4x. SW discs have media code Optorite, and they have worked before.
