I recorded a video file to a cdr off my hard drive. I deleted the vcdr
off hard drive. I forgot how to get the vcdr back on hard drive.
What procedure would I use??Thank you.

  2. a few different ways. One is go to the .dat file in one of the folders and simply copy it to your hard drive (you can then rename it to mpeg).

The "cleanest" way would be to use isobuster to extract the mpeg file to the hard drive. Please review the software how to guide for specifics.

I would use VCDGear to do a .dat -> .mpeg conversion.

macleod's method of renaming the file has been known to cause some problems on occasion because you are not modifying the header properly by doing that.
    If in doubt, Google it.
