PAL to NTSC

Hi guys, didn't posted for a while (since everything was working great)

Today I received a PAL Zone2 DVD. I bouth it since I was sure there were a solution and the DVD don't exist in any other region.

So my question is, how do I convert PAL DVD to NTSC dvd without loosing quality ? is it possible to keep the orriginal menu ?

what I was thinking is to rip the DVD (it's already a DVD5) and reencoding the video with TMPGEnc then reauthor the dvd with TMPGEnc DVD Author. But I'm not sure how.

It's an episodic DVD, so I would like to keep the menu, or I will need to make one with TMPGEnc DVD Author (that will not be as great)
