Ok, I saw this card, the Satellite TV Tuner Card ¡V PV911
on the provideo taiwan website.

It seems as if it allows you to capture satellite programs directly from the dish (that is you dont capture video, it reads the stream from the satellite).

Anyone every use this thing?
What does it do?
