is blankmedia.ca reliable?

Has anyone had any bad experience with blankmedia.ca? I'm thinking of buying from there, as they are way cheaper then a local store. But I don't want to be screwed out of money

This may be a little late, but they are very reliable. I have placed several orderes with them. I usually order on a Sunday and receive it by Tuesday without fail.

I would like to give blankmedia.ca my support as well. I placed an order with them 2 weeks ago and their order arrived very quickly. However, there was a problem with the order. They sent exactly what I ordered but the disc at the top of one of the spindles was scratched and despite completing the burn displayed errors when I verified it afterwards. Every other disc was just fine. I wrote to them to complain about the damaged disc and told them that I believed their spindle packaging was to blame. They wrote back quickly (on a Sunday...I didn't expect a response until Monday) agreeing with me that their new packaging was causing them quite a few problems and that they are seeking a solution. They told me that they would send me 2 discs as compensation for the one scratched one and a few days later I received it as promised. I was very impressed that they were completely honest about problems that they were having with their 25 pack spindles (hopefully resolved now) and their eagerness to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I wish more vendors dealt with problems in the way that they did.

This is a really great company, Ive ordered from here 10 plus times all without incident, from media to cases. If you need to ever talk to them they are always very receptive and friendly.

I was even able to talk the owner (Tom) into ordering full face dvdr's which I thought was pretty cool, he even sent me copies to evaluate before he ordered.

Once again great store to deal with.
