is there anyway that i can extract the instrumental and or accapella from an mp3 file...is there any freeware out there that can do this, i dont wanna loop it....send me a private message if need be

depends on how the song was mixed. for the majority of songs, the answer is no.
there are programs you can run that will "remove vocals" - AnalogX's Vocal Remover is probably as good as any. But that's not saying a lot.
as far as removing the music and leaving the acapella, I don't know of any good way to do it.- housepig
