  1. You know that kind of generic saxaphone music that they play in the movies about private investigators. Like the PI is nararating, and it has this little piano and saxaphone music. Do you know were I could find some music like that. Like some song names, or what genre that would be considered.

    It's definitely jazz. I'm not familiar with it enough to offer any song suggestions. It's a very diverse genre.

  3. lol. When I think jazz, I think John Coltrane, Miles Davis, ect. I am getting this music for a friend, for his little movie.

    Like I said, it's a very diverse genre. Why don't you track down movie soundtracks like old Humphrey Bogart movies such as The Big Sleep, The Malterse Falcon etc.?

    sometimes called blues, or traditional jazz. modern jazz, or jazzy jazz (crazy all over the place stuff) is in my opinion not very good, and totally different from traditional jazz.
