  1. I've made a film in 30 minutes in premiere and got it over to TMPEG Encoder were I will make a MPEG2 file (since Premiere 6.0 dosen't have this option)

I used Constant Bitrate (CBR) 7000 kbits, non-interlace, 4:3 625 line (PAL), and ended up with a file on approxemently 2 GB. I then burned the DVD and when I later watched the film in my DVD player it looked crappy. As if you see a videofile on your computer and it dosen't manage to play every frame.

I also tried it in my DVD-player at my computer, and it now looked crappy in another way. I got small lines instead.

Is this because my bitrate is as high as 7000 kbits?

What settings in TMPEG encoder should I use to get rid of these problems?

When I watch the MPEG file in DVD-lab it looks perfect!

The bitrate is fine. Try again, but keep it interlaced.
