Problems backing up Resident Evil (Pal)!! PLZ Help

I am trying to backup Resident Evil, but have been failuring everytime now, i have wasted about 10 dvd-r, All of the backups is the same, when i put the dvd-r backup in my player, it shows me the language selection, but when i press the language nothing happens, doesnt matter what language i choose, after a min the disc comes out.
I have used dvd decrypter, dvd shrink 3.2.1, dvdxcopy platinum, but none of those work, My media i use is princo 1x, wich never been problems before when i have done backups, i have atleast made 60 backups with the princo discs, but this error never accured before.
Could any one help me out plz

RE Code Veronica for PS2? How are you booting? Fliptop/slide card and swap magic, or do you have a chip installed?
