    Just use any graphics program and start with a canvas of 10.8" x 7.2" with about half an inch for the spine.

    this depends highly on want you want. The blank canvas with the correct dementions sounds best. It can be done in whatever is your favorate graphics program.

    When you done there is a templet to help print them in CoverXP.
