Does anyone know what this does or were I can find it.

It says I need it to install my microtek 4800 Scanwizard but It's not in the installer or on my computer and searches don't come up with it.

I have a suspecion it might be a OBDC component maybe.

It seems to be affliated with usbscan.sys
