Iv'e been burning dvd's for a few months now, slowely learnig the ropes. Now everything has been recording fine until up to a few weeks ago. Now once i start (slysoft)clone dvd it begins to create dvd files which is fine but when it begins to start to burn the files on to disk it comes up with a message saying "writing to video dvd was not succesful: writedvd 11 2". ( then the disk ejects) This happens when either im burning from a dvd-r to a dvd-r, or a straight dvd to dvd-r. If i use nero the the same thing happens and gets aborted. the same goes with dvd shrink and dvd decrypter. But the source dvd i am copying from plays fine on tv and p.c. this only happens on chosen films( the ones that dont copy have nothing in common with each other) But as i said i have copyed from these dvd's before so it did work at one time.Any idea's would be much appreciated, many thanks darren. p.s. my dvd burner is a optorite DD 0201.

I'd put quite some amount on read problems with your source. I'm not clear on what you mean by
same goes with dvd shrink and dvd decrypter.

Sorry if i was not clear enough! When i try to burn a disk on "clone dvd" a mesage comes up. "writing to videodvd was not succesful: writedvd 11 2". then both disks are ejected. All i wanted to know, has anyone else had this message come up while using (slysoft) clone dvd, and if so what does it mean?
