I have startrek motion picture and the subs are actually on the DVD and you can not remove them with the Subtitle button. I want to blank them out throughout the entire movie and as they appear in the black boarders how can I just put a black rectangle over them?

What Star Trek movie is that? Is it the store purchased one, or a copy?

Try being nice. You'll get more people who will be willing to help. You don't have to get defensive and be a total STROKE about it. I was just trying to help you out.

Naw didnt mean anything... wasnt even hinting at anything? edit: LOL I get it now you thought I was saying "PAL" as in "whats you problem PAL!", I meant PAL as apposed to NTSC.
Anyway, the subs are actually on the movie, as much as when you see "Starbase 134 - Delta System" - for example, when a movie takes you to a location in a movie.
That "Starbase 134 - Delta System" is not subtitles and not switchoffable, its just part of the movie. In the same way these subs are part of the movie, so im wondering if there is a way to blank these subs over. -
