  1. Hi,

I am following my usual technique when authoring my dvds with the above software.

However this time it stops after about 18% and claims that the file has an 'illegal dolby ac3 stream'?

I have run the ac3 file through ac3fix and it did find some bad sectors which it corrected.

When i tried with the new audio file i get the same error message at the same point?

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Are you sure the .ac3 is sampled at 48Hkz and not 41Hkz?

Have you got the TMPGEnc DVD Author AC3 plugin ?

It won't do crap with AC3 sound unless you have this.
    If in doubt, Google it.
