    hi,
    i dont know if this is the right forum, so if not im sorry.

    i used Cucusof AVI to vcd dvd svcd convertor to convert avi to dvd (mpeg file) , anyway i converted a 93mb avi file to no less then 409mb , i dont want to think what will happen when i want to change a 700mb file.

    does anyone can tell me if theres a way to do it a little smaller , ahh lets say the same size or +50-100mb but not 315mb extra ?

    Does Cucusoft even allow you to change the bitrate? If it doesn't you'll have to use a more robust mpeg encoder such as TMPGEnc, MainConcept Mpeg Encoder or Canopus Procoder.
