    What program can i use to convert audio(wav) to ac3 for my dvd?
    What program can i use to multiplex the audio/video to be burned onto dvd?
    What program can i use to burn that compilation that supports ac3 audio?

    I use FFMPEGGUI to convert my wave files to AC3.

    I convert my video to DVD-compliant .m2v video.

    I open IfoEdit, select DVD Author-->Author New DVD. Add the video, AC3 audio, select the target drive. Burn the resultant files with your favorite burner.
