I took a PAL SVCD and converted it to NTSC DVD with Canapus ProCoder, authored the DVD with IfoEdit, and sized it to fit with DVD Shrink. I then played the Files in the VIDEO_TS directory with WinDVD 4 and everything worked fine, audio and video. I then burned the files to a DVD+R in Nero 5.5.x and no matter what standalone player I view it on the audio studders every 2 or 3 seconds.
Anyone have any ideas?
