  1. I have done a disc using Ulead DVD Workshop 2.0, full version. Everything runs fine except when it runs right to the end and goes back to main or sub menu. Background sound disappears, and chapter selction menu behaves like a slow motion.

If I don't run the disc to the end it runs fine. It works like a charm.

    Can somebody please help.

  2. Is this problem repeatable?

In other words, does this happen every time you burn a DVD?

Or has this happened in connection with only a single DVD?

  3. This is the only disc I have authored with DVD WS 2.0. I have burnt the same movie on rewritable disc, same problem.

    Strange!

  4. I would be curious to know the specific video/audio properties of your source clips.

For example, I sometimes work with clips that have the following precise video/audio properties:

    NTSC drop frame (29.97 fps)
    MPEG files
    24 Bits, 720 x 480, 29.97 fps
    Field Order A
    (DVD-NTSC), 4:3
Video data rate: Variable (Max. 8264 kbps)
    LPCM Audio, 48 KHz, Stereo

How do the properties of your own source files compare?

  6. Did you adjust your Ulead DVD Workshop 2.0 encode settings to precisely match the properties of your clips?

I explain how this is done in the step-by-step tutorial on the Web page at the following link:

  7. Ulead WS does not encode the main movie files as they are DVD compliant. It has to be something else.

    What step in your guide?

    Thanks.

  8. How did you acquire your clips?

I ask because of the FIELD B attribute that you have listed.

  11. TDK, +RW.

Also tried TDK -R media. Same problems.

A authored another disc. Everything runs fine, but there is a problem when you actually press Title or Menu button.

    Check more details here.
