perhaps try movie only or deselect unwanted streams.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  6. As someone else stated, remove unwanted audio or video extras. For example, I prefer DTS, so if a movie has both DD and DTS, I remove all of the DD audio. Since DVD Shrink doesn't touch the audio tracks, removing them leaves more room for video. I also only speak English, so I remove any foreign language audio. From my expreience, most movies look OK as long as the compression doesn't start dipping into the mid to low 50's. I try to keep my shrinks around the 60% range. Looks good on my TV at least.

Worst case, reauthor the DVD with movie only (no menus, no extras, etc.).

My response wasn't a spelling error.

If you are interested in the best quality you can always just do a 1:1 burn of the DVD and not compress it at all. Just split the DVD onto 2 discs and you can include all the sound streams, all the bonus features, etc.

If you want to compress it onto 1 DVD you will have to live with the limitations presented by compressing the video.

You need to Re-Author. There are dozens of guides. Go to the guides section to the left, and do a search for guides using Tool DVD Shrink.
    If in doubt, Google it.
