i have an AVI in 352x240, with an amazing quality, and perfect picture.
But after encoding to VCD, i get those squares at the edges of some objects .
the color archivement is not equal to the source.
Is this an encoding problem of mpeg encoder or mpeg compression just can't handle this type of color archivement ?
the problem what i'm talking about is well know as interpolation, or something like that, i'm not really sure.
