  1. Thats the Error i am getting displayed when trying to Build a DVD in DVD X Maker...

    The video file is only 2.1Gb and as far as i can see is all the corect format Etc.



    Can anyone help?

  2. from that screen, the app is not "seeing" your burner.

    In the "tools" pull down menu, you might choose "calibrate" to see if that corrects same...
    Always check helpfiles/instructions before leaping...

  4. you need a dvd writer drive in your computer....

    you cant do it with a regular dvd-rom drive.

    Just a few possibilities:
    I don't have that software but shouldn't the box above the "invalid media" message be showing your writer. Is there a way to select it?
    2) Is this the first time this has happened and/or have you used this software/burner combination before?
    3) Are you using the latest version of the software. Older versions of many sofware cannot locate newer drives since they are not in their driver database.
    4) Have you tried another disc and/or different brand of disc?
