  1. I have a couple of SVCD Mpegs, that i burned using Nero. However when i tried to play them there was no sound. Am i missing something here?

    What could i have missed?

    Did you try playing the mpg files before you burned?

    Check if the sound is MP2 (otherwise no sound), and if it is but still doesn't work, try to reencode it (with i.e TMPGEnc).

  4. Yes i watche dthem and listened to it before trying to burn it.

    And i dont know how to check for MP2 on an mpeg. However if it is mp2 sound then it should play fine on my dvd player

  5. See if you get audio playing the burned disk on the PC. Pc playback is very tolerant of errors.

    Check if your DVD player is connected using Digital Audio cable to Receiver. Analog must be used for SVCD.

    Was audio encoded at 44.1K? VdubMod will check for audio file type and frequency.
