If I use DVD Xcopy Platinum with DVD rescue is there a way to copy a dvd to the hard drive and then burn it without getting "This a backup" screen. If not will someone give me a suggestion on what program to use?
By the way the DVD's are DVD+r so I am needing to back up a backup.

Use DVD Shrink, No doubt 'bout it.
SAw the dvdxcopy platinum method to burn dvd's and it is not near DVD shrink so I went with it. you wont regret it.

Will I need to remove Xcopy before I install DVD shrink and Nero 6 ultra or do I even need Nero?

Dunno about the DVDXCopy, but keep Nero to burn the authored files DVD Shrink makes.
