when i open some of the south parks i have downloaded there fps can be very low should i just change the setting to match it in tmpgnc to match it and will this play ok on a dvd player???

They are probably 15 fps. You should convert them to 29.97 fps (basically 2:1). Let me re-phrase that, you have to convert them to 29.97 fps. Don't try to make the 23.97 and run 3:2 pulldown, it never works with a 10/15/20 fps source.

i tried doing this mate, with virtual dub but the play too fast i dont know what to do really
