    I put my camcorder in for head cleaning at a certain store i can't name because we may have to sue them and it was working an hour before i put it in and when they recieved it, it was totally broken, it would not even turn on and the tape deck was ejected. They said it needs a new motherboard. I hope they will give us a credit for it's value because it wasn't broken when i sent it off.
