  1. When I first used DVDinfoPro I thought what a great program. Just put your new burnt dvd and se if it show any read errors. However after made about 50 different tests I have found out that you can't trust DVDinfoPro. If I use the SPTI mode I get completly different results from time to time. If I run the read test and it give me massiv read errors I put the disc out and insert it again and this time it can give me 0 read errors. Also bought original dvd can give me read errors in SPTI mode. So what if I change to ASPI mode then. Well in this mode I never get any read errors. Not even on my old prodisc that have playback problems in every dvd I trie them in. So it seems to me that it's a waste of time using DVDinfoPro because you can't trust the results it give you!

    Last time I checked....DVDInfoPro was a FREE program.

    Please feel free to delete the FREE program if you do not like or trust it.

    May I suggest you invest in a microscope or very good magnifying lens to check for disc errors in the future.

    They never said it wasn't free. Are you saying because it's free you don't have the right to make negative comments about a program?
    By the way it's not free, you have to look at the ads if you do not buy the ad free version.

    I microscope is of little help, and magnifying glasses wouldn't help either.

    @Espen

    I too have seen this a few times and I have mine set to SPTI. Normaly, I test with dvdinfo, then I test the last part of the movie in my standalone.

    Well I don't call a program contain adware for free. And for all those people that want the full version without adware it's not for free! This message was written because I want to share my experience with other users and also see if other users had the same experience.
