  1. hi, i just started backin up dvd's and i ran into a problem. i'm useing dvd decrypter & instant copy. i've butned i few movies without any problems with two diiferent kinds of media. i just got some tdk dvd-r burnt one with dvd decrypter (an iso file ) no problems. now the problem, i tired to burn a dvd-9 file usin instant copy to the tdk dvd-r. it seems the be fine until it is finalizing the dvd. i get an error message.something like your hardware don't suuport i command give in if the plobem keeps occurin use i different program to burn. so i hit retry(which the box pops-up in instant copy after the error comes-up) then another error message comes about readin the wrong address & the dvd will not finalize. i've tried with to different movies the same problem.is this because of the media or something else. i was thinking of buyinf g the dvdx program. will thge dvdx copy program burn all medias or will i have this problem again.

  2. sounds like bad media to me.
try using a different brand or even slowing down your burn speed to 1x-2x.

  3. thanks, that's what i thought. after ready in the forums i found out that instant copy isn't a good program to burn with. i also found out that there is a program called pdi2iso that changes the pdi files from ic to iso. so i got the program thanks to a site member who pointed me to the site for he program.then i burned the file after changing it to a iso file. i burnt it in dvd decrypter. i did this with another movie also. i'm happy to say with no problems. i would like to thank everyone for their help.this is a very good site with good helpful members.
