dvdr get freeze during play back

hi there is I have using the dvd decryted to rip the dvd but I have a problem during playback on the regular dvd player it freeze the frame and skip the frame anyone having a shareware to antifreeze the dvdr rip, it alway freeze-frame playback. and skip the frame what should I do

Never play loud music or dance around (a.k.a Vibrate the drive) during the burning process, also, make sure the hard drive doesn't overload (continuously reads forever (ultra fast fragmentation))
