Another thread reminded me of this.

Have you ever watched the HSN when they are selling some type of electronic device, like a computer or a camcorder?

LIES, pure lies!

Do it sometime- I promise you will be blown away by how dishonest they are about the capabilities of the product they are selling. There's this one guy in particular who doesn't even know the difference between his butt and a hole in the groud and he parades aroung the studio pretending he knows something about digital video.

It absolutely makes me sick. Wonder where all the newbies come from? The just listened to that guy.

Ya I have seen that before when I am bored and passing through channels........I usually stop when they are selling a computer. Its funny to hear them talk up a computer when they have no idea what they are talking about.

Wonder how many suckers they really do get on that stuff?

When you hear them refer to the HD as "memory", you know you don't want to buy from them :P
