Are you doing any frame rate conversions? Like converting NTSC(23,976fps/29,976fps) to PAL(25 fps)?

Check you source avi fps with gspot or avicodec or videotoolbox.

I can see that it is 23,97fps so it is a NTSC right...i think i have converted it as a Pal with TMPGEnc... will it help if i converted it as a NTSC VCD instead...(i am really new in this VCD world)...?
