Hi,
I've decided on this recorder and I'm shopping around for a good price - but I want to be sure to find a reliable seller. If anyone can make any recommendations, I'd apprecite it.
I noticed that a few of the sites I checked said that they would not honor the current rebate - is this because they are not authorized? If they are not authorized, is there any reason to be suspicious of the quality of the product they sell? Also - will the warranty be good?
Thanks for the help!
Deb

I would suggest you go to the Pioneer website and read the rebate. The rebate is only good if the machine is purchased from an authorized dealer, so getting a good price before using the rebate will be difficult. There is one online store that has cheaper prices, but I am unclear if it is a completely authorized seller. It is listed on the Pioneer website as an authorized internet dealer. They are www.OneCall.com. I wrote Pioneer an email attempting to confirm their seller status with no response. Hope that helps. There is another thread regarding this rebate, do a search for Pioneer and rebate, it should come up.
