I seriously doubt that specific error will be in the manual.
    What program reencoded this file?

This is an extremely common problem with Reauthorist. It creates the scenarist script from the IFO and the script points to all of your encoded files. The problem is that sometimes things go wrong and certain files somehow don't make it to that directory. Either CCE crashes and DoCCE just moves on to the next asset or assets which are tagged as too small to encode sometimes don't get moved over into this output directory. So what happens when you load the scenarist project is that for any missing assets, Scenarist inserts a placeholder. Its a dummy item that is used because you can't have a break in the chain. If you have 3 cells under a program you can't be missing that program, you've got to put something there. So find the asset for VTS_02_PGC_01 and figure out what happened to it. Maybe its in your original VTS_02 directory (if you set Reauthorist to store all titlesets in their own directory) or maybe it never got encoded at all. Find it or re-encode it from scratch and put the file in the same directory as all your other files and then re-load the script...or just manually add the asset into your existing project and drag and drop it wherever the placeholder icon is on your scenario editor window.

Did I mention that I'm not a fan of Reauthorist? Too many problems. Learn to use Scenarist...its awesome.

you could also try purchasing a legal copy of the program. then you will get all the tech support you need. plus you won't go to prison for it. do you honestly expect people to believe you spent $36,000 on a program just to back up $15 DVD's???

How do we know he is only using this program to back up DVDs? For all we know he may own a very large scale videography business. It really doesn't matter though because there is no reason to speculate. He asked a legitimate question so there is no reason to patronize him. The policy of this board is clear on these matters.
