Hi everyone,
I am using Nero 5.9.x... When burning in UDF, which version is the best to use? The default is 1.02; but I don't know enough about UDF to know if I should be using the other two options, which are 1.50 and 2.01. Does it really make a difference which version to use?
Also, can anyone tell me what the check box "Force DVD-Video compatibility mode (required for XBox) in the same UDF tab do exactly?
Thanks in advance...

Why are you using UDF in NERO? Just use the DVD-VIDEO mode.
But, if you insist, UDF 1.02 is the version that you should use for DVDs. As for the "FORCE DVD-VIDEO COMPATIBILITY" I would imagine that this forces files to be in the correct place on the disc (a DVD is a file structure, not a system).ICBM target coordinates:
26° 14' 10.16"N -- 80° 16' 0.91"W -
FORCE DVD-VIDEO COMPATIBILITY means that a disk can not be smaller than a certain size -- so nero pads small disks with blank data ...
normally not really an issue ..."Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650)
