Can someone tell me what is the best dvd software to use? I have used dvd shrink and nero recode 2. I am wondering if there is something better and faster. Im also wanting something that will delete extra parts but I will settle for a program just like dvdshrink but faster and better, if there is one. Free would help also....

You wont find anything free that's better than DVD Shrink and I doubt you will find anything significantly faster either (free or otherwise).
You could try AnyDVD, as a "Front-End" to eliminate the ripping part in Shrink .... may save you 15-20 mins, if speed is an issue.
All the quick proggies use compression of one type or another and there really isn't much in it qualitywise. If you want better quality you will have to go the re-encode route (CCE), but the speed will then be in hours rather than minutes.
What is it that you dont like with DVD Shrink anyway ? -
Try
1. Dvd Decrypter
2. Dvd2One
3. CopytodvdWhat We Do In Life, Echoes In Eternity.... -
Hi there,
I use:
1.- DVD Decrypter for ripping
2.- Pinnacle InstantCopy for shrinking
3.- DVD Decrypter for burning
Great Quality. Is it just my case ... or all wifes hate computers?
