i've burned roughly 250 bulkpaq dvd-r's

i could count the number of coasters out of that on one hand.

however i got spindle of 25 today and nero and dvd info dont recognize them at all.

i tried a ritek and that is recognized.

have i just got a dodgy batch of dvd-r's?

ive had dvd-r's that started burning then failed but never had this problem before.

i thought it might be a firmware problem coz even though they are still bulkpaq they might be a bit different. so i upgraded firmware but same problem

so do i take them back to shop and hit owner over head with them or do i start worrying about my dvd writer being knackered?

Try another batch first and then consider going back to hit that guy over the head.
