    ...capture a better quality picture from a DV capture. I have tried the "save frame" in AP6, but the res is horible!!! Is there a program that can get high res from the video, so I can ssave a frame to blow up? Somewhere I thought there was???

    Just zip on over to http://www.gocyberlink.com. They have a great program called PowerVCR II. You can make your computer into a TiVO-like device, and instantly convert DV AVI to Mpeg1 or MPEG2 when capturing to your hard drive. You can get great quality, as long as you have a fast processor (min 1Gig for MPEG2 capture) and your settings within the program are just right.

    he typed a period after the com so it was read was .com.

    that should fix it.
