I burned 10 discs last night the same way I always have, hundreds (over a thousand actually.) and 2 of them caused the following prob:
when I put the disc into my DVD player, instead of it spinning up and giving me the menu in 2-3 seconds, it made an intermittent clicking noise for 5 seconds or so, then 2-3 seconds later it spun up. the other one clicked but didn't spin up.
what is this clicking? (apparently caused by bad burns/bad media?)
if they play in my other player okay should I assume they are fine?
some info:
Burning with Nero 6.3, using data verification after burn (said OK)
NEC 2500A and Pioneer 105
TDK media TDKG0200000000
thanks,
Andy![]()
