Delayed Video after converting with Mpegworks 3.3.3

Hey guys got a great working divx movie plays fine until i convert it to mpeg2 with dvdntcs16:9 option in mpeg2works.. divx movie plays great until i convert it... any ideas why???

It is a good thing to run Your DivX through DivX doctor II before encoding it in MPEG2 Works...

Sometimes out of sync can occur...There is a various reasons for that...

1. If You are converting PAL DivX to NTSC or NTSC to PAL..
2. If Your DivX is bad encoded..
3. If You have slow Mac..
4. If You choose wrong aspect ratio..
5. If You are using pirated version of my app..

I ran the divx movie through divx doctor and then played the movie after divx doctor to see if it was ok and it still delays...??? The original divx movie plays fine i dont understand... ive ran plenty of divx movies through mpeg2works to convert to mpeg2 and it worked perfectly except this one... any ideas.. anyone??!!
