Well I spent last 2 days reading tutorials and getting information about making SVCD with selectable subtitles.

But I've noticed that my DVD Player (Philips DVD625) does not support SVCD with selectable subtitles. I've tried the SVCD NTSC Sample and couldn't select subtitles (i tried turning off/on the PCB but didn't work).

My hope is on CVD, but i don't know if my DVD Player can read it with selectable subtitles.


Anyone can help me out?
