I'm new to DVD authoring so please excuse my ignorance!!!!!!!!
I am trying to write a DVD +r using Intervideo DVD creator.
The files on my PC are DivX 5.0 video and ac3 (0x2000) audio (according to GSpot).
When I try to play the files on my PC using Intervideo or Windows Media player the video is OK but no sound, this is also true on the DVDs I burn.
VLC media player will play both video and audio with no problems on my PC.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thx in advance.
Ken

Most converters can't convert ac3.
But you can keep the ac3 and only convert the video to dvd
https://www.videohelp.com/convert#447
And install the ac3 filter if you want to play with media player.
