Hi there

I have a 2cd xvid file and I would like to burn it in DVD format on one cd. So far I have done only one cd file onto a DVD disk using TMPGEnc. Could someone tell me how I could do this is. Would it be possible to join the two discs together and make one big file and then convert it using TMPGEnc, but what video birate would I need to use.

I hope I made some sense.

u can join the xvid files in virtual dub, go to the file menu open cd1 xvid tehn again on the file menu go to apend avi segment and select the second file, in video and audio menus check direct stream copy, and once again in file menu hit save as avi?!!! that should join the files. simple. u may want to decompress the audio here in virtual dub to aviod issues with tmpgenc later, instead of a direct stream copy in the audio menu select full processing mode and in the compression part of that menu select no compression, then save as avi simple
